Stickers
Stickers are a simple and easy way to brighten up your layouts.
Though I'm not personally a huge sticker fan, I do adore a variety
of letter stickers for easy titles. I've listed
a few of my other favorites here, as well.
Alphabet Stickers
I like the large monograms and smaller titling letters from TAC™'s paper packs for adding zip to your pages. I usually don't bother lining them
up in a perfect line, though this can be done with adhering the
bottom half of the letters to a ruler before applying them to
your page. Instead, I opt for a more natural look, alternating
high
and low positioning of the letters.
Vellum Stickers
The reason I prefer "vellum"
stickers is because of their clear,
translucent quality. There is no bold white edge around the outside,
and they are easy to use. Consider matting stickers on a neutral
(solid) block before adhering them to your page, so you can see
the effects of the sticker better and move it around
before making it permanent.
Dimensional Stickers
There are many available today. I highly recommend. Many are acid-free, and
they give the look of metal and jewels without the bulk. I also
adore Jolee's Boutique stickers by Stickopotamus. I have heard
that though
the
adhesive
is acid-free,
not all of
the
sticker
elements
are, so you should keep the stickers away from your photos. Here
is a card I created using the Airmail set.
